We fulfill orders

Daylilies (Hemerocallis): all season (beginning of May)

After receiving the order, within 1-3 days we will contact you and discuss the delivery time and price, we will also confirm whether we have all the ordered plants.

Daylilies are shipped with bare roots.

Information about shipments

We send plants to all EU countries.
Lowest order amount - €50 (excluding shipping costs).
The shipping price varies depending on the country and the weight of the shipment.

We only ship prepaid orders.

You can pay by transfer to a bank account (EUR, PLN) or via PayPal.

Returns and Complaints

The company makes every effort to ensure that the shipped daylilies cuttings reach you in the shortest time and are well protected for the time of shipment. Unfortunately, there may be damage to the parcel in transit or a simple mistake as to the variety of cuttings sent. The plants may also have been held by the courier and their condition does not allow plants to take root.

Complaints will be dealt with on the basis of photographs with a description of the details with the note Complaint, which should be sent to the following address: tadeusz.kotula@wp.pl.

Within 3 days of reporting a complaint, if the complaint is successful, we will offer you:
–shipment of another copy of that variety;
–refund if this variety is no longer available.

We will offer other daylilies available in my offer.

I cover the cost of reshipment in full.

Recognition of complaints applies to customers who:
–have received their parcel within 7 days of dispatch;
–provided photos of the advertised daylilies;
–submitted a complaint within 14 days of receiving the parcel.
